Organization:

Juggle the ball using the inside part of your foot, with one  bounce of the ball on ground in between touches. Alternate between right and left feet. Progress to two consecutive touches with insides (right and left) before the ball bounces. Progress further to more consecutive touches with insides before the ball bounces. Younger players can begin exercise by dropping ball from hands

Activity #3:

Organization: Juggle the ball using a combination of laces and the thighs. Start by letting the ball bounce once on the ground, followed by a touch with your laces to bring the ball high so the next touch is with your thigh. Your touch with your thigh should “pop” the ball forward so it bounces again on the ground and the same sequence is repeated. Progress to two consecutive touches with the laces before the ball bounces and you take two consecutive touches with the thighs. Experienced players can take two consecutive touches with their laces and then right away two consecutive touches with your thighs before the ball bounces.

Activity #4:

Organization: Juggle the ball using a combination of laces, thighs and insides. Start by letting the ball bounce once on the ground, followed by a touch with your laces to bring the ball high so the next touch is with your thigh. Your touch with your thigh should “pop” the ball forward so it bounces again on the ground. After this bounce take a touch with the inside of your foot to pop the ball up in the air so it bounces again.  Repeat the sequence and then progress to two consecutive touches with the laces before the ball bounces, two consecutive touches with the thighs before the ball bounces and then two consecutive touches with the insides before the ball bounces. Experienced players can add more consecutive touches with laces, thighs and laces before the ball bounces.
