Individual Player- Passing  Training Activities

1) Start 5 yards back from a wall and take 1 touch with right foot to set yourself up for a firm pass against the wall using your same foot . When the ball rebounds, open your body up and take your next touch with your left touch followed by a firm pass against the ball using the same foot. Repeat the same sequence. Players should then progress by repeating the same activity from 10 yards away.

2) Start 5 yards back from a wall and take 1 touch across your body with right foot to set yourself up for a firm pass against the wall using your left  foot . When the ball rebounds, open your body up and take your next touch with your left touch across your body followed by a
firm pass against the ball using your right foot. Repeat the same sequence. Players should then progress by repeating the same activity from 10 yards away.

3) Start 5 yards back from a wall and pass the ball against the wall using your right foot. When the ball returns off the wall , take 5 quick touches using the insides of both feet across your body before passing the ball against the wall again using your left foot. Players should then progress by repeating the same activity from 10 yards away.
