Activity #1:

Organization:

Set up 5 x 5 yd grid 10 yards from goal. Player rolls ball from hands into the 5 x 5 yard grid and attempts to score in the goal so that the ball crosses the goal line without having touched the ground. Practice both right and left sides. To progress, adjust distances away from goal and create different shooting angles.

Player rolls ball from hands into the 5 x 5 yard grid, takes two quick touches on the ball and attempts to score in the goal so that the ball crosses the goal line without having touched the ground. Practice both right and left sides. To progress, adjust distances away from goal and create different shooting angles.

Activity #3:

Set up 5 x 5 yd grid 10 yards from goal. Player drops ball from hands, lets ball bounce once into the 5 x 5 yard grid and takes shot on goal. Attempt to score in the goal so that the ball crosses the goal line without having touched the ground. Practice both right and left sides. To progress, adjust distances away from goal and create different shooting angles.
