Individual Player –  Turning Training Activities

1) Inside foot cut – right and left feet. (Open body to the side, lift up hip and come down sharply on the ball using the inside of your front foot to cut the ball back to where you came from)

2) Outside foot cut – right and left feet  (Get to side of ball, lift up hip and come down sharply on the ball using the outside of your front foot as you turn your body and cut the ball back to where you came from)

3) Step on with sole – right and left feet (Run past ball and step on it using your sole to propel the ball backwards. Then turn quickly to get after the ball)

4) Back heel (Run past ball and propel the ball backwards using your heel . Then turn quickly to get after the ball)

5) Sole of leading foot to spin out and away from the defender

6) Roll sole of foot forward when place sole on top of the ball and move body weight forward so sole rolls off ball and makes contact with heal
